CTS
The cell to system (CTS) technology is adopted, so that no PACK and module are used, which ensures high integration. With the ultra-strong structure of blade battery, the cell is not only an energy unit, but also a structural part, therefore, the number of parts is reduced by 36%, the space utilization rate is increased by 98% and the structural strength is improved by 30%.
Intelligent temperature control
The patented mixed air cooling technology pioneered by FDB is adopted and supplemented by the intelligent temperature control technology, which ensures a cell temperature difference of smaller than 2°C, reduces the auxiliary power consumption by 20%, and guarantees the system service life.
Safety design
Ultra-safe lithium iron phosphate battery for energy storage, high-performance thermal-resistance material, multi-dimensional sensing and detection, multi-level safety monitoring and coordination, multi-level safety protections of the cells.
Intelligent power station
The one-button start function is designed, which realizes rapid on-site installation and commissioning, automatic fault diagnosis and one-button station upgrade, making operation and maintenance easier.
